This unit covers the key foundations that are required from you to be a transformational life coach, including 10 core capabilities. These are identified by the IAPC&M (International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring), and match the legal and ethical standards and the skills required to lead someone through the life coaching journey so that they achieve their desired goals.
This unit gives you the “clarity coaching” skills to help your clients to fully understand themselves, their values, their dreams and goals, and the world. It will help them to gain an understanding of where they are, where they desire to be, and what is getting in the way of their success.
In this unit you will learn the key skills you need to be able to both identify and transform limiting beliefs that are keeping your clients stuck so they can go on to move forward and achieve their desired goals.

Each unit will be taught in a block over either 2 or 4 days, depending on the unit content, plus back office training to be completed self-paced. Each cohort will learn together in a group. You’ll build real connections through immersive practice and support each other through the process.
During your time in the 12 month training, you will have available 5 x 1:1 coaching and mentoring calls to assist you with your case studies and to support you further with your business. Plus you can avail of swapping coaching sessions with your fellow students to help build your competence and confidence.
All the teaching will be online via Zoom. You will also have access to a wide range of resources and additional bonus material through a back office. We will supply you with all the links as soon as you register so you can start learning and reading from the moment you enrol!
Each module will have a written assessment which you will need to submit at the end of the module. This will consist of a mix of assessed questions and case studies. There will also be a requirement for evidence of clinical practice hours (outside of the taught module practice).
