We are Lisa McMurtry & Jo Cantle and we are the joint owners of Becoming 360 Ltd – a life coach & soul aligned business success training company, focused on supporting heart led entrepreneurs to achieve their goals and live a life in soul alignment through spiritual connection, personal growth and business strategy.
We also run Accredited Life Coach and Practitioner training programmes with the IAPC&M (International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring) and IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine), delivering gold standard accredited courses to support and train others in life coaching as well as spiritual and energy healing skills. We aim to create confident and competent coaches, healers and holistic therapists.
As female entrepreneurs with jointly over 30 years of experience in building businesses within the ‘helping industry’ we understand how much struggle can be involved in running a home, supporting yourself and others financially, trying to market yourself, try to help your clients, work on yourself and at the same time feel free and enjoy your life – it can feel impossible, we’re here to tell you IT IS POSSIBLE – and that’s where we step in and help you build the business and life that feels good on the inside and radiates outwardly too.

Lisa McMurtry is the CEO of Lisa McMurtry Coaching Limited and is a Law of Attraction, Success Mindset & Wealth Conscious Rockstar. A coach, mentor, speaker & trainer. She is an accredited Master Coach through the IAPC&M (International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring). Lisa is a previous advanced mental health nurse who has worked in the field of positive mental health & emotional wellbeing for over 20 years. She has more recently taken her skillset into Life Coaching & Training for the last 5 years.
Lisa works her magic with female entrepreneurs and coaches, helping them to shift their mindset, manifest their goals, and rewrite their business strategies for long-term success. She is an Accredited Senior Life Coach through the IAPC&M (International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring) Jo’s previous background for over 20 years was as a Fitness Professional and Wellness Mentor and more specifically within Personal Development, Money Mindset, Business Strategy and Life Coaching for the last few years when she could see that many female entrepreneurs were lacking a sense of self-worth, had a poor relationship with money and continually sabotaged their success in business.
Jo specialises in helping people break-through their limiting beliefs about their ability to succeed on their terms, release money traumas and helps them uplevel their business and lifestyle to the level they’ve always envisioned using a combination of mindset, strategy and energy tools such as Coaching, EFT, NLP, Mindfulness and Angelic Reiki. She works intuitively bringing the best tools to her sessions based on what her clients’ needs are, all with a healthy dose of compassion and humour.
